About

Susie Creamer is director of ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡â€™s Baltimore urban conservation program, where she and the team restore migratory bird habitat through meaningful community collaboration. Before ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, Susie managed education programs at Irvine Nature Center, taught Earth & Environmental Science at St. Paul’s School for Girls, and served as an environmental education Peace Corps Volunteer in Paraguay. Susie has a BS in biology from Washington and Lee University and an MS in environmental science and policy from Johns Hopkins University. She enjoys speaking to groups, including a keynote presentation at a conference hosted by the Ministry of Education in Panama and a group of ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ community partners in Colombia. Susie was named by Baltimore magazine in 2018 as a Baltimore Visionary, in 2020 as a Baltimore Game Changer, and in 2021 as one of 30 Women Shaping Baltimore’s Future. Susie has been at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ since 2010.
