Michael Chen is the Senior Manager of Government Relations at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡ California, where he advocates for policies that protect birds, people, and ecosystems across the state. Born and raised in Southern California, he has a deep-rooted commitment to public service and environmental policy. He previously served as a Legislative Director in the California State Assembly, working on a range of policy issues. Michael earned a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Southern California in 2016.
