Jessica Dolan is the Vice President, Leadership Giving and is based out of Chicago. In this role, Jessica manages a large team across the United States to build partnerships with individuals and generate resources in support of ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡â€™s mission. She has been with the organization since January 2020.

Jessica is a lawyer who has spent more than 20 years in development at large matrixed organizations, including the U.S. Fund for UNICEF, USO, and Breakthrough Collaborative. During her time at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, Jessica has focused on building a culture of philanthropy, campaigns, capacity building, board work, and content development that help ensure ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡â€™s financial stability and continued growth. She has spent a lot of time in living rooms, offices, and beautiful wild spaces during her time at ̽»¨¾«Ñ¡, and she never ceases to be inspired by people’s generosity.
